The Hai lounge chair by Luca Nichetto is the result of the combination of complementary stylistic values and functional requirements.
The lounge chair was launched during the Stockholm Furniture Fair in February 2013. The price for the lounge chair is 1400 € in Gabriel fame fabric and 1700 € in Innofa Mosaic.

The designer Luca Nichetto described the chair as follows: “The request to create an object of great quality and strong personality has met the functional requirements related to packaging derived from the world of online sales. These needs have inspired and supported a search for comfort that would not compromise the modularity of the product, leading to an aesthetic result with both classic and contemporary references”.

Designed by Luca Nichetto
Luca Nichetto was born in 1976 in Venice, where he studied at the Art Institute. Afterwards he attended the University Institute of Architecture of Venice (IUAV), where he earned a degree in Industrial Design.
He began his professional career in 1999 by designing his first projects in Murano glass for Salviati. That same year he began his collaboration with Foscarini, for whom he not only designed products, but also worked as a consultant on new materials research and product development (2001–2003).
