Right now we only ship our products to destinations within Europe. We reserve the right not to ship to P.O. Box addresses and certain addresses that are too complex or difficult to reach for the carriers used by One Nordic. Customers will be contacted individually in such instances.


We charge shipping by the amount of furniture and accessories. Simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart and the final cost will be displayed. The following transportation costs apply:


1-2 pieces 10€ total
3-4 pieces 20€ total
5-6 pieces 30€ total
7-9 pieces 40€ total
10 pieces and above 50€ total

All items in stock shall arrive at final destination within 14 business days, if nothing else is mentioned in the specific product card. For express deliveries please contact our customer service.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, its availability and other possible practical factors. Please check the shipping times for each product separately. If you order any made-to-order products, the manufacturing time for such items is added to the shipping time of the selected delivery option.


If you are a private customer, you will have to pay the VAT tax on your purchase(s). The prices on our website will reflect this at the checkout. This means that if you are buying from a country outside of EU, you would have to pay the VAT in your own country as well. In addition toll charges may apply for countries outside EU. For corporate customers with a valid VAT number we can exempt the VAT tax. In this case you are entitled to buy the products as "Intra-community supply" and have the VAT deducted. In this case please contact our customer service to proceed with your order.

Should you wish to receive a printout of an order you have placed, this can be done by printing out the order confirmation you receive after you have placed your order. This confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after you have completed the order process by clicking on "Complete my Purchase" (or equivalent) and once your payment information has successfully been processed. Furthermore, you will receive a shipping confirmation once the products have been dispatched to be shipped to you.
